Why these seven

One pretty apartment flatters a simulation.

A hand-built demo puts the windows where the light is. The first five were generated to break different assumptions, and three model bugs turned up in the first hour of running them: a rotation that sent whole homes dark, an obstruction that dimmed nothing, and a horizon that measured as open sky. The two large ones break different assumptions again: rooms that see no exterior wall, and a building that shades itself.
